Oyster chicken (for steamboat)


One of the simplest ways to marinate chicken, this tried-and-tested pairing is also one of the tastiest - just wait until you try the result.

Ingredients
* 400g single chicken breast fillets, thinly sliced
* 2 tbs oyster sauce

Method
1. Place the chicken in a glass or ceramic bowl. Add the oyster sauce and turn to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for 4 hours to marinate.
2. Arrange the chicken on small serving platters.

Notes & tips
* Time plan tip: Prepare this recipe to the end of step 1 up to 4 hours ahead. Continue from step 2 just before serving.
